Shamima Khan, Ph.D., an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Administration and Allied Health Sciences, earned her Ph.D. in pharmacy administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe College of Pharmacy. Prior to coming to St. John’s, she served as a postdoctoral associate focusing on medical outcomes research at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. She has also held faculty positions at North Dakota State University and the University of the Pacific. Dr. Khan’s research interests are focused on the study of healthcare cost and outcomes. She will teach courses in pharmacoeconomics and pharmacy administration.
