Cytotechnology

Program Overview
This four-year program leading to the Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Cytotechnology consists of three academic years of collegiate instruction at the University, followed by a calendar year of instruction at the New York Medical College School of Cytotechnology.

Students are evaluated on their performance in the academic program and eligibility for promotion to the clinical portion of the program. Admission to the hospital is competitive and is based on grade point average and successful completion of the hospital admission process.
