Program Overview
To attain a B.S. in Medical
Technology from St. John's University, students must complete three
years of coursework on the Queens Campus and a final year at the
University’s Dr. Andrew J. Bartilucci Center and affiliated
hospitals.
A student’s completion of the
entire program leading to the B.S. in Medical Technology
depends upon the completion of the clinical year at the hospital.
Promotion to the hospital is influenced strongly by the student’s
academic performance and admission is competitive. Students should
consult with the Dean’s office each semester before entering the
junior year.
