Program Overview
The four-year degree program leading
to a B.S. degree with a major in Pathologist Assistant consists of
three academic years of instruction on the Queens Campus and a
final year at affiliated hospitals.
Students are evaluated on their performance in the academic program
and eligibility for promotion to the clinical portion of the
program. Admission to the hospital is competitive and is based on
grade-point average and successful completion of the hospital
admission process.
