B.S. in Radiologic Science

St. John's Program of Radiologic Technology was founded in 1967 in recognition of the community's increasing need for career programs in the Radiologic Sciences. The program is currently fully accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).

The program contains an extremely well balanced and active curriculum, which includes didactic and clinical internship.  Upon successful completion of the professional portion of their study students are qualified to sit for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certifying Exam, which also qualifies them for the New York State license, issued by the Department of Health.

Approved and Accredited By:
Effective January 1, 2002 the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as the accreditor of radiography educational programs. Also accredited by the New York State Department of Health and New York State Education Department.
