Instructions:
- Complete the application
form.
- Write a brief but specific personal statement which includes
your educational goals, career plans and why you wish to join the
Honor Society. Include any additional information which you believe
might strengthen your application.
- Obtain 2 letters of recommendation. Each letter should be in a
sealed envelope and the signature of the person writing the letter
must appear across the envelope's flap.
- Return all materials to one of the moderators no later than
FIRST MONDAY of October
- Students must submit all materials to the attention of:
