Student Forum With Former Senator Bill Bradley Photo Gallery

St. John's University hosted Bill Bradley, former US Senator from New Jersey and Knicks Basketball star at a symposium for St. John's Sport Management students on Tuesday, November 23, 2004

Mr. Bradley's visit to the campus was made possible through the efforts of Dr. Barnett, former National Basketball Association (NBA) Champion and St. John's University faculty member. As a result of the popularity of the sports industry and its influence on American culture Dr. Barnett has focused on educating students about the impact of sports on the media and its power to cross social, ethnic and economic boundaries.

"Bill is not only a sports legend but a powerful intellect in government and business," said Dr. Dick Barnett. "His life-experience and expertise in the area of sports as business will be of great benefit to our students."
