Internships are an integral part of the program. Through our
strong industry connections, you will gain practical experience –
and confidence – in the hotel, restaurant, travel and tourism
industries. We recommend the internship as a prerequisite for the
HRT 1009-Capstone Senior Course, where your on-the-job experience
will serve as the basis for a seminar-based analysis of the
field.
