To set a foundation of rules, procedures and systems to maximize productivity by:

• Implementing an online budget from an application to track the flow of monies
• Establishing metrics to facilitate pre-loan analysis of the positive and negative effects of our investment
• Implementing a system for weekly reporting of the program’s financials to its members
• Creating benchmarks for GLOBE teams and perform end of semester audits
• Creating a system that increases future Accounting teams’ productivity and efficiency
