Robert Mauro, CPA graduated from St. John’s College of Business
Administration in 1996 with a B.S. in Accounting. He currently
works as an Audit Principal at Berdon LLP, a premier accounting and
advisory firm in New York. In this capacity, he develops financial
forecasts as a resource for the firm to make informed business
decisions. He also helps clients by providing advice on an array of
issues, including improving internal controls, ensuring financial
resources are used efficiently, choosing appropriate accounting
software and hiring accounting personnel. Robert’s industry
specialties include real estate, wholesale, advertising,
healthcare, hospitality and finance, and he was featured in
Long Island Business News’ “Who’s Who in Accounting.” He
remains connected to St. John’s by attending Red Storm sporting
events and providing financial gifts to various University
programs.
