Another week has gone by in Paris and things seem to be going
great. Class is moving along well, and I like the fact that my
professor is genuinely responsive and really enjoys when people ask
him questions about what he’s teaching.

I thought that the food in Paris was not going to be as good as
the food was in Italy, but to my surprise the food here is actually
very good. The only drawback is that it’s expensive.
The University has a lot of activities to give the students a real
sense of the region, such as day trips to other cities and also
trips to different monuments within Paris itself. As the weeks go
by, I’m starting to like this city more, and I appreciate that St.
John’s has so many activities available to us. I am definitely
looking forward to my trip to Barcelona next weekend, especially
since my next rotation is not in Spain.
