I’ve been in Paris for a full week now and I’m beginning to warm
up to this city. It’s obviously not Rome and will never be
like Rome, but how they are both different is what makes them
special in their own ways.

As far as the school goes things are pretty well on
campus. The rooms are a good size for a two-person room, and
the classrooms are actually exceptionally large for such a
relatively small campus. I had to get used to the fact that
they only serve breakfast and dinner on campus from Mondays to
Thursdays, but other than that life on this campus is great.
The surrounding area is also great. All the sightseeing
can be done within the area because there are a lot of things worth
seeing near the campus, such as the Eiffel Tower, The Pantheon,
Notre Dame, and the Louvre. So far all I have really done is
a little bit of sightseeing.
One complaint I have about the whole area is that everything is
really pricey because we are located in the main shopping
district. I’m looking forward to my next rotation, which is
in Dublin. In a week I will be traveling to Spain with a few
friends who are also going to Dublin next rotation. Until
then I guess all there really is to do is more sightseeing.
