In 1996 New York State enacted the Sex Offender Registration Act
that is New York State's version of "Megan's Law". It protects our
communities by mandating that convicted sex offenders register with
the state through the Division of Criminal Justice
Services. Information regarding convicted sex offenders is
available through local police that have jurisdiction over St.
John's campuses. The local police having jurisdiction over St.
