Family Orientation is a one day program that runs concurrently
with the first day of your son or daughter's New Student
Orientation. Along with an extensive and comprehensive
program, breakfast and lunch will be served. Unfortunately, St.
John's is unable to provide overnight accomodations to family
members during orientation.
If you decide to attend Family Orientation, you have the chance
to meet academic deans, professors, professional staff, and
administrators from all areas of the University. You have the
opportunity to ask questions and get answers about services and
programs available to your student at St. John's. You also get to
ask those important questions about college life that only a
current St. John's student can answer.
After your son or daughter registers, please confirm that you
register for the same orientation session.

During Orientation, parking will be available on campus at no
charge. Please go to the parking garage, which is accessible
through Gate 6, located on Goethals Avenue and 170th Street.
