St. John's University's Staten Island Campus Presents "The Nutcracker" and "Swan Lake"

Richmond County Orchestra Featured for Sixth Annual Christmas Concert

St. John’s University’s Staten Island campus (located at 300 Howard Avenue, Staten Island, NY) will host the production of “The Nutcracker" and "Swan Lake” performed by the New American Youth Ballet, on Sunday, December 10th at 3:00 p.m.  The Sixth Annual Christmas Concert on Staten Island features the Richmond County Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Alan Aurelia.

This program is made possible by an Encore Grant from the Council on the Arts and Humanities of Staten Island (COAHSI).  Public funding for the project is also made possible by participating supporters from: the New York State Council on the Arts, the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, Richmond County Savings Bank Foundation, SI Bank & Trust Foundation, NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historical Preservation, NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, Independence Community Bank, St. George Theatre, St. John's Office of Community Relations, NYS Senators and NYC Councilmen, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Snug Harbor Cultural Center.

The suggested donation is: $15 for general admission and $10 dollars for senior citizens. 

St. John’s University Students and children under the age of 12 will be admitted free of charge.
