The three tracks of the Women In Leadership Certificate Program are:
WIL Track 1: In leadership, understanding “why” is as important as knowing “how.” Track I focuses on establishing students’ perspectives on women leadership. Workshops are provided to strengthen students’ knowledge of cognitive conception of modern women leadership and to exercise their critical thinking skills.
WIL Track 2: By drawing on the students’ experience and reflective skills, Track 2 concentrates on women’s leadership skill-building. Workshops offered give students the opportunity to analyze conflict and change and help create communication and resolution strategies to build collaborative team dynamics.
WIL Track 3: Capstone Program (same as L.E.A.D. Capstone Program): Capstone leaders put what they’ve learned into action by serving as leadership mentors and student facilitators. This track is designed for students who have completed 2 of our Leadership Development Certificate Programs, want to further their leadership development, and serve as student mentors. Capstone Leaders apply what they have learned and put it into practice, co-facilitate and create leadership workshops, and participate in a weekend service plunge.
