Today’s climate warrants a leader to assess their surroundings
and make a conscious decision on what type of leader can be most
effective. The Situational Leadership Model presumes that different
leadership styles are better in different situations, and that
leaders must be flexible enough to adapt their style to the
situation they are in. An effective situational leader is one who
can quickly change leadership styles as the situation changes. Come
learn how women can develop an adaptive capacity to be effective,
results oriented situational leaders.
