PROGRAM CHANGE:
Francisca Vigaud-Walsh has been detained in Haiti and will
not be able to join us as the Keynote Speaker for Turn Off the
Violence Week. In her place, the Queens Campus will welcome
Sherman Malone (New Haven Family Alliance) and Christina Grisham
(Catholic Charities) who will open the week’s events with a
discussion of sexual and gender-based violence prevention and
responses locally and internationally. They will give special
attention to Haiti and the Haitian community in the U.S.
