The purpose of this event is to enlighten students to the role
Caribbean women play in society. We have invited numerous
influential women who are making a change in the workforce and
their community as well. The speakers will be discussing and giving
the inside scope on how they got to where they are now. The events
will also highlight women who have made a difference in the
community in the tri-state area. The event’s main purpose is to
empower our peers that all is possible and to also show that our
Caribbean culture has a big impact on the American culture
itself.
