Vanessa Martir is a fiction and memoir writer,essayist, poet, educator and writing workshop facilitator.Vanessa's first novel, "Woman's Cry," was published in 2007. Most recently, she co-wrote the novel " Do Something !" This is a handbook published for young activists, an interactive workbook that gives young people all the tools the need to change the world. Join the Elegant Epsilon Divas of Lambda Pi Upsilon Sorority, Latinas Poderosas Unidas, Inc. and the Department of Multicultural Affairs, as we have this empowered woman share her journey as a writer.
