As leaders, it is our responsibility to insure that those around
us are treated with the utmost respect. We must develop a
leadership style that models equality for all. An
informational discussion focused on the definition, laws, and
prevention of sexual harassment will provide developing leaders
with the tools for creating groups that do not tolerate such unjust
behavior. In addition, information will be provided regarding
the definition and laws related to sexual assault. This will
allow new leaders to understand the differences between harassment
and assault, and the role they, as leaders, play in the prevention
of these toxic behaviors.
