The University Libraries – Queens - Two Assistant Professors

The University Libraries, Queens is seeking applications for one tenure track position as digital services librarian to lead the libraries’ digitization efforts, collaborate locally and nationally; address technology/knowledge management best practices and promote awareness to faculty, students, staff, administrators; and seek external funding.  The successful candidate will have experience, subject master’s degree and MLS or equivalent.

The University Libraries, Queens is seeking applications for one tenure track position as science and technology librarian, providing informed learning/research support to students and faculties in scientific disciplines; develop/evaluate resources; integrate scientific inquiry with information literacy; advise on scholarly communication and digital repository initiatives.  The successful candidate will hold a science master’s degree and MLS or equivalent.
