Job Description
This is a part time permanent position for 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Word processing, data entry in banner.
  • Answering and placing telephone calls.
  • Writing and responding to e-mail messages.
  • Making appointments and arranging meetings with Faculty and Administrators.
  • Working with Admissions and Registrar processing applications and student records.
  • Working with Development on the Institute Website and advertising.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Must be proficient in word processing Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Banner.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and contingent upon the departmental budget.
