Job Description
This is a part time permanent position for 15-20 hours per
week.
Responsibilities
- Word processing, data entry in banner.
- Answering and placing telephone calls.
- Writing and responding to e-mail messages.
- Making appointments and arranging meetings with Faculty and
Administrators.
- Working with Admissions and Registrar processing applications
and student records.
- Working with Development on the Institute Website and
advertising.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Minimum of one year’s experience as an Administrative
Assistant.
- Must be proficient in word processing Microsoft Word and
Excel.
- Familiarity with Banner.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience,
and contingent upon the departmental budget.
