Responsibilities
- Support PAS Department Academic Programs on Queens Campus and
in Bartilucci Center.
- Provide Secretarial Support for the Department Chair and
Program Directors.
- Assist students and visitors with reception services.
- Maintain and file office and student records.
- Schedule the appointments and help organize various department
meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chair.
Qualifications
- Previous secretarial skills are desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and
contingent upon the departmental budget.
