Responsibilities

  • Support PAS Department Academic Programs on Queens Campus and in Bartilucci Center.
  • Provide Secretarial Support for the Department Chair and Program Directors.
  • Assist students and visitors with reception services.
  • Maintain and file office and student records.
  • Schedule the appointments and help organize various department meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chair.

Qualifications

  • Previous secretarial skills are desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and contingent upon the departmental budget.
