Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls and surveys for designated departments and specific projects.  Provide professional, quality, outbound telephone support to targeted groups.

This position is a front line, telemarketing position that requires precise attention to detail, strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous work ethic and demeanor. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and expedient outbound telephone customer service.
  • Satisfy all outbound call requirements by gathering and disseminating accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate logs/data entry of all relevant information to document projects.
  • Maintain a timely and efficient workflow of calls processed based on department objectives and standards.
  • Provide insight, suggestions and comments on operational procedures, call analysis and training issues to management which would contribute to more efficient and productive call processing and telemarketing.
  • Demonstrate a proactive customer service work ethic to both internal and external customers.
  • Report to work as scheduled, log on to ACD and process assignments as delegated by department manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or High School Diploma with minimum two years experience within an ACD Call Center environment supporting large volumes of incoming and outbound calls a plus.
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Quick learner and decision maker with the ability to solve problems and provide necessary feedback to management as required. 
  • Knowledge/experience with inbound ACD system a plus but not required.

5:00 PM -9:00 PM
