Did You Know?
The Campus Recreation Department offers a variety of fitness
programs for employees of the University. The Personal Training
Department includes a staff of nationally certified trainers to
assist in showing you how to exercise correctly, educating and
motivating you, and planning your workouts so that you may get the
best results from them, all available for only a small fee.
We also offer various group fitness classes such as Yoga, Pilates,
Self-Defense, Judo, Hip Hop Dancing, Ultimate Abs and Total Body
just to name a few. The fitness classes are open to all.
Workshops and Seminars are also offered on different topics such
as Women in Fitness, Fitness and The Healthy Heart and Healthy
Eating Habits. All of the Workshops and Seminars take place in the
Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is located in Carnesecca
Arena.
