Emerging Technologies Workshops for all Faculty!
The Presidential Summit generated considerable excitement about
using emerging technologies throughout the academic environment.
Many of these Emerging Technologies will be elaborated upon in
Portable Professor™ Emerging Technologies Summer 2008 Workshops.
Each session has been designed to incorporate increased hands-on
activities and labs, so upon completing the workshop you leave with
a functional application ready to use in your next course. We
invite you to review the Workshops available
for the Summer ’08 semester for one-on-one consultation.

Making an Appointment is Easy
After you review the workshop content, call the appropriate
campus and make an appointment. Mark your calendar and take
advantage of this opportunity to increase your teaching/learning
skills by using the technology tools that St. John’s offers all
faculty members. Consultation may take an hour or so, so please
arrive promptly and let us know if you must reschedule your
appointment.
