Del.icio.us is a social bookmarking web service which allows one to save and share their web bookmarks online. This one hour course presents an overview of social bookmarking, what it is and how it works. Subsequently, we focus on Del.icio.us, a brief history, advantages, disadvantages and how it can be used for teaching and learning in the classroom.
