Registration for USD 2012

Team Leaders will:

  • Encourage participation by completing the Team Registration Form and Team Roster and emailing them to Lynn Stravino, Recrutiment Coordinator, at stravinl@stjohns.edu. 
  • Service sites will NOT be assigned until these forms are submitted! Once submitted, specific service site information will be confirmed and provided to the Team Leader.
  • Contact the service site once it is confirmed to find out what the service project will be, what supplied will be needed/provided, arrival time, directions, lunch plans, etc. 
  • Keep your team informed regarding all updates and service site specifics; serve as the on-site Team Leader to direct activities on Saturday, September 24, 2011. 
  • Provide feedback to the University Service Day Committee at all stages of the event.
