Student Worker Supervisor Training:
Module I
Module I training focuses on defining the job description,
assessing applicants’ experience and fit for the position,
interviewing and selecting the student workers, orienting the
student worker to the job, and establishing job expectations.
Participants will learn what to look for when reviewing student
workers’ resumes (if submitted), the types of questions to ask
during the interview process, the steps to conduct the interview,
and the elements to include when onboarding the student
workers.
