Nature and Purpose of Agency
The Hollis Ave Congregational Church is a community church offering food to those in need every Tuesday.  The food pantry was first established over 15 years ago by the congregation.  Members of the community would donate food and distribute it to those in need.  As the need grew, so did the pantry.  The food pantry now serves over 250 people weekly and is recognized and supported by the Food Bank of NY and City Harvest.
