Ask Questions – Just Not Too
Many
Parents naturally want to know what’s going on in their child’s
life. Feel free to ask your child questions, just not too many. The
same principles that worked in high school will work now. Questions
show that you’re interested. However, respectfully avoiding
over-inquisitiveness will reflect trust in your child. So try to
keep your inquiries neutral and general: and be willing to
volunteer your own information.
