Larry Cunningham, Associate Dean for Student Services and
Professor at St. John’s School of Law, was featured on CBS This
Morning on Wednesday, August 08, 2012. Professor Cunningham,
a former prosecutor with experience in privacy laws related to
social networking, spoke with CBS reporter Seth Doane about the
NYPD’s subpoena of Twitter.
