You can be one of the first St. John’s students to experience
life and learning in glorious Seville this spring, as the Spanish
city becomes the newest destination for St. John’s remarkable
Discover the World (DTW) program.
Though space is limited, you can still
apply for this spring’s roll-out of an exciting new approach to
DTW. St. John’s innovative, multinational study abroad program
allows students to earn credit while immersing themselves in the
language and culture of three great European cities — in a single
“Students will find
Seville to be an inspired addition to our Discover the World
itinerary,” said Matthew G. Pucciarelli, Associate Vice President
of Global Studies at St. John’s. “But it’s vital that they apply
for the program as soon as possible.”
The city replaces Salamanca as the Spanish component of DTW.
Students will continue to spend the rest of their DTW semester in
Rome, Italy, and Paris, France. In Rome, they live at St. John’s campus in the
centrally located Prati district, close to Vatican City. In Paris,
students will stay at St. John’s
location in the city’s popular St.-Germain district.
